I'm a great believer in the health benefits of the modern wellness movement. I've trained as a dancer, movement therapist, sound healing facilitator and herbalist specialising in essential oils, and I'm passionate about the benefits that all of those can bring. But I also know that choosing the right approach can seem overwhelming - especially amid the noise and confusion of social media, which often causes more stress that it releases.
I take a simple approach based on ideas that I know really work. Unlike many practitioners, I focus on sustainable methods customised for every individual's needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach based on the latest trends. The end result: my clients simply feel better very quickly, and rapidly progress on their own to making lasting, meaningful adjustments in their own lives.
